NOTICE

As per Vidyasagar University notification VU/CE/GD-2546/2020 dated 14.09.2020 in respect of Examination Guidelines for the candidates for Final Year/Terminal Semester of Under Graduate on line Examination 2020.

Students of our college are requested to follow the University guidelines seriously as urgent basis and do the same as per guidelines. Students can get V.U. guidelines & Exam Schedule to our college website (www.hijlicollege.ac.in) as well as University website (www.vidyasagar.ac.in) .

As per V.U. guideline the students must create their account in the examination portal of the University Website from 15.09.2020 to 25.09.2020 positively.

 The question papers will be available in the student portal under online examinations of Vidyasagar University website and also in the University Website as  well as  in  the  Chatrabandhu app. The students will be required to download and print their paper wise question cum answer booklet.

 The  student  are  advised  to  carefully  check  the  examination   schedule  and  download   the entire question cum answer booklet (Subject and Paper wise) one hour prior to the  start  of  examination as per the examination schedule . The question will be available from 09.00 a.m. on every examination day.

Students must upload answer sheet in PDF/Text/Scanned Copy of legible hand written text within reasonable time or mentioned exam schedule to our  college online  examination  e-mail id which is  examcell@hijlicollege.ac.in with copy to the COE department at  ugexam@mail.vidyasagar.ac.in of Vidyasagar University. Those who will unable to submit their answer script through online mode, may submit their hard copy of answer booklet in sealed envelope mentioning Roll No./Year, Subject, Paper/half etc. directly to the college. Students are encouraged to use online facility for submission of answer script. Submission of hard copy of answer booklet may be avoided as far as possible in view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
